Your Application
Search our job portal for the right position—if there’s nothing suitable for you right now, simply use our Job Check and contact us directly. Fill out the application form now and upload the required documents. It only takes a few minutes!
Initial brief introduction
If your application impresses us, we’ll invite you via email to a brief initial remote interview. This lasts about 30 minutes and is conducted with the relevant manager.
Invitation to a more in-depth interview—remote or in-person
If both sides are satisfied after the first meeting, a second interview will follow. Either virtually again or, if possible, in person. It lasts about 60–90 minutes with the relevant manager and usually with a suitable subject matter expert.
Final interview
This is usually followed by another meeting with a manager and another team member.
Confirmation and offer
If everything works out, you’ll receive an offer from us and go through our straightforward digital onboarding process. Once the contract is signed, it’s time to celebrate!
